Shipping policy

I ship all orders from my studio in Palm Desert, California.

Free standard domestic shipping is already included in the price of every bag.
Your bag will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, typically within 3–5 business days after I receive your order.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Because quilts vary greatly in size, weight, and mounting (stretched canvas vs. rolled fabric), shipping is not included in the listed price.
After you place your order, I will contact you within 1–2 business days with an exact shipping quote (based on your location and the size of the piece).
You will then receive a separate invoice for the shipping cost. Once that invoice is paid, I will ship your quilt.
If you prefer to receive a shipping estimate before ordering, please contact me via email with the name of the quilt and your zip code.

At this time, I ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories – additional charges may apply for non‑contiguous addresses).
I do not offer international shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when it ships.

I carefully pack every item to ensure it arrives safely. If your package is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
For lost packages, I will work with the carrier to locate it, but I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier after the package is dropped off.

California residents will pay 8.75% sales tax (calculated automatically at checkout).
