Mixing Light and Dark Denim for a Boho Look
One of my favorite techniques is to use two or three shades of denim on the same bag. A light blue front pocket with a dark blue body. A medium wash strap. The contrast makes the bag feel playful and unique. I do not plan the mix too much. I lay out pieces on my worktable and move them around until something clicks. That is how the Petite Crossbody got its two tone front. It was not a sketch. It was an accident that looked right.
